Family hotels in Menorca: ten hotels with a kids’ club, from Ciutadella to Son Bou
The best-known family resort in Menorca is the Royal Son Bou Family Club, close to Son Bou beach, and it’s one of the best on the island. Here we suggest ten other options where children get a kids’ club, a pool of their own and someone to play with them, four with four stars and six with three: five are in the west, around Ciutadella (Cala Santandria, Son Xoriguer, Cala’n Forcat, Cala en Blanes and Cala’n Bosch), two at Son Bou, the longest beach on the island, one at Cala Galdana, one at Son Parc, on the north coast, and one at S’Algar, a quarter of an hour from the airport. We left out those already in our other selections and kept the ten that families who stayed there liked best. Seven have apartments with a kitchen, handy for baby food and snacks.

Before you book, check two things: the age from which the kids’ club takes children and the months the hotel is open, because many only open for the season. The big all inclusive family resorts, such as the Royal Son Bou Family Club, the Valentin Son Bou and the MarSenses Paradise Club, are in our selection of all inclusive hotels in Menorca, and if you want to be right by the sand, look at our beach hotels in Menorca.
